Suicide: Cowardice or Courage?

Hello, hello!  What I've chosen to address today is a question that has been floating in mind for a long time now. When we look around, we see happy faces mostly. However, what we do not know is what goes under that mask of a happy smile, we do not know what a person could be going through even while plastering a grin on their face.  Some of them choose to hide it, some of them choose to say it. Those who do not share their worries or hurt with anyone, let it consume them. This is probably when some of them end up taking extreme steps like taking their own lives. No one knows what is going on in somebody's mind no matter they are alive or dead. Henceforth, it is important to just muster some courage and put it out there.  What question I'm here to ask you is what would you choose to call a person who decides to end his life, would you call them cowards or courageous?  This tussle has been intensified in my head getting to know about the sudden demise of Sushant Singh...

The Fragile Overprotective Indian Parenting

Hello Everyone!  Today, what I've personally chosen to address is the Indian Parenting style. I was moved to write about it after having a discussion with a friend. When most of us think of our parents or how they have brought us up, I think we will of course admire them for all that they've done. We are going to be eternally grateful for their presence.  Nevertheless, when we think about all the good things, we also tend to think about the not so good ones. One of which is their overprotectiveness for their child. Well, we can't generalise everyone under the same banner, but it has been a common observation.  They tend to love you so darn much that they forget that you too are an individual on your own, or that you'll eventually grow up to be one. The Beautiful Fragility of Life: An Introduction

Hello, and a very warm welcome!  Well, this blog was an impulsive decision. Something which was always on the mind, however, an idea too hazy to execute.  The decision to name my blog as 'The Beautiful Fragility of Life' was an even more impulsive one! It just struck me at the moment, taking into account everything that has been happening around us and affecting us consciously or subconsciously, all of us.  First and foremost, the pandemic putting all our lives at stake along with bringing everything to a halt.  In this situation, some of us are alone, away from home, or are forced to get back to abusive households, fighting the personal demons or the ones affecting us as a human race.  Now that there are 1000 things that have gone wrong, however, there are millions of things which are working in our favour for us to be able to secure the best of everything!  Therefore, this blog aims to bring a ray of sunshine that enters your life from your cracks!
